Information, guides and advice leaflets
We provide information for older people, their families and carers through this website and by distributing free printed advice guides and leaflets. Topics include money, support and care, housing options, health, personal life and future planning.
Telephone groups
We provide telephone groups for older people to connect with new friends and to learn more about the issues that matter to them. Our telephone groups are particularly aimed at those who aren't online or can't get out and about in their local communities.
Campaigning
We want the UK to become the best country in the world in which to grow older. We campaign to ensure people can enjoy a financially secure, healthy, active and connected older age.
Volunteering
Whatever your talents, you can use them to help improve the lives of older people. We have a number of volunteering roles available to suit you, from facilitating telephone groups with older people, to helping in your local community. We'll give you the training necessary and also cover your expenses.
