3i Group plc is an international investment company headquartered in London. 3i has two complementary businesses: private equity and infrastructure and aims to create value through driving sustainable growth in its investee companies.
Since 2017 3i has supported us to provide much needed advice and support to older people on a range of issues, from money and benefits, to social care and loneliness. In 2019 we benefited from the funds raised at their annual staff away day and in May 2020 3i built on its fantastic support to date with an additional donation towards The Independent Age Grants Fund, our emergency response to COVID-19. Their employees have also taken part in our Big Tea fundraising event and our challenge events to raise awareness about ageism and increasing social issues in older age.
