Letizia Perna is a psychotherapist and clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in the non-profit/third sector. Presently she is Director of Services and Service Transformation at Winston's Wish, the UK's first childhood bereavement charity, where her clinical leadership is helping transform grief support for the under 25s.
Prior to joining Winston's Wish, Letizia was the Head of Patient and Family Support at Royal Trinity Hospice in London, the oldest hospice in the United Kingdom and the Vice Chair of Cruse Bereavement Support. Letizia spent the first 5 years of her career working in the non-profit sector in New York City.
Letizia has a special interest in research and innovation and, in how organisations and services can improve accessibility and support for the most vulnerable.
