For media enquiries, email the Media team at media@independentage.org or call 07545 209 589. This number also operates out of hours and is the best way to get in touch with the team after 5pm during the week and on weekends.

How to make a complaint
If you are unhappy with anything we’ve done whilst fundraising, you can call us to make a complaint on 020 7605 4223 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or leave a message outside these hours or by email supporters@independentage.org.
