The TLAP survey
Now, nearly 18 months on, the Department of Health wants to hear from people who use care services about what different the Act has really made to them. The national partnership Think Local Act Personal (TLAP) is running a survey that asks care service users and carers about their experience and how, if at all, it has changed. The results of the survey will be used to help the Department of Health identify problems and find solutions to inform future work on the Care Act. We have already shared the results from our own survey on the Care Act from 2015 and the beginning of this year.
Find out more about the TLAP Care Act survey. The closing date is the 4th October. It should take about 10 minutes to fill in and participants can enter a prize draw to win £100 of shopping vouchers.
