The TLAP survey

Now, nearly 18 months on, the Department of Health wants to hear from people who use care services about what different the Act has really made to them. The national partnership Think Local Act Personal (TLAP) is running a survey that asks care service users and carers about their experience and how, if at all, it has changed. The results of the survey will be used to help the Department of Health identify problems and find solutions to inform future work on the Care Act. We have already shared the results from our own survey on the Care Act from 2015 and the beginning of this year.
