- Understanding the key support available to help older people. This includes financial benefits, social tariffs and other support that’s available.
- How best to agree next steps and actions.
Who is it for?
All customer-facing teams and related back-office or management roles.
How is it delivered?
The training is approximately three hours, and we would recommend in-person training at your office.
There is an optional follow-up group coaching session for all participants to reflect on learning.
