Kura is an independent outsourcer that works across multiple sectors, including healthcare and financial services. It offers customer service and retention services to its partner clients. 

Since 2017 Independent Age has appointed Kura to respond to Helpline enquiries from older people, their families and carers. Each year the Kura team answers tens of thousands of calls and works tirelessly to make sure our callers get the support they need. 

In 2023 a team of 13 walkers from Kura challenged themselves to take on the Mighty Stride, which is part of the Kiltwalk in Scotland. They set off in their Independent Age t-shirts and matching tartan from Glasgow Green and trekked along the River Clyde for 22.7 miles, until they reached Balloch Park on the shores of Loch Lomond. 

The Kura team is also partial to an office bake sale to raise money for charities, including Independent Age.
