Whether you’re coming back to running after some time or have only ever run for a bus, our weekly running groups are ready to welcome you.  

This group isn’t about how fast or how far you can go. The aim is to get active, make friends, and most of all have a lot of fun while training to run, jog or walk one mile.

All your weekly sessions build up to the celebration mile where you can celebrate how far you’ve come, and to raise vital funds for Independent Age to make a difference to the lives of lonely older people around the UK.
