Drawing on the experience, expertise and learning from over 50 organisations supported through the Independent Age Grants Fund, and working closely with The Mercers’ Company and organisations they have supported, we have published Lessons from Befriending in the time of COVID-19. 

This report highlights learning from organisations offering befriending to older people during the pandemic, and highlights key challenges and opportunities for organisations and funders in the future.
