Carers Week is an annual campaign which aims to raise awareness of caring, the challenges that carers face, and the contribution that they make to communities and individuals across the UK.
Independent Age is a proud supporter of Carers Week and, this year, will be supporting the theme of 'Healthy and Connected'. Our pledge for Carers Week 2018 is to reach out to hidden carers with information and support with looking after their own health and wellbeing whilst caring.
