What's it all about?

At Independent Age, we're determined to make all our work really deliver what older people want and need to live full independent lives. We want to see older people valued as equal partners in Independent Age, with a share in power and influence over how decisions are made here.

How it works

You'll help transform our relationship with older people by working in groups and one to one, to get them involved in shaping, designing and reviewing our work.

You could also be helping us to research or develop information and guides that support our co-production and involvement practice e.g. workshop plans or 'how to' guides on the best  way to involve people in forums.

This is a totally new volunteer role and a brand new attitude to working in Independent Age - join us in revolutionising our approach to work with older people!`
