Marathon and Half Marathon
The course in Amsterdam is known for its flat, fast and historical character. The start and finish take place in the historical Olympic Stadium. Every year this leaves an unforgettable impression, thanks to the presence of the supporters in the tribunes and the marathon grandstand!
The course of the Marathon follows a part of the course of the Olympic Games in 1928 alongside the Amstel River, stately mansions and windmills. This rural trail offers beautiful views and gives an impression of the enormous activity that rules the Amstel every day.
The Mizuno half marathon consists of one loop, most of which passes through the attractive centre of Amsterdam. The course starts at the Stadionweg and goes through Churchilllaan, Rijnstraat and the Utrechtse Bridge over the Amstel river.

The money you raise will support people like Veronica. Veronica is 82 years old and lives in the Southeast of England. She called our Helpline as she was struggling with rising electricity bills. Veronica was relying on extra jumpers when she was cold instead of turning on the heating, to keep down costs.
The Helpline helped Veronica to understand more about the money she was entitled to. Now, Veronica is receiving pension credit. This is a crucial top up for her income.

I have my own place
If you already have your own place in the Amsterdam Marathon or Half Marathon, we’d love to have you on the team! You’ll receive all the same support as our charity place runners. You’ll have no registration fee or fundraising target, but we’ll help you raise as much as you can.
