Pledge to stop older people dying in poverty

Right now, older people are calling our Helpline because they can’t afford to buy food or pay their bills and have to make difficult decisions on a daily basis. For many, life has become unbearable.

Life-changing financial support does exist, but many older people aren’t given access because the system is so difficult to navigate. Together, we can help unlock it.

Every single day, £8 million in financial support is not being received, because older people on a low income can’t get to it.

With your support, our team of specialist advisors can unlock the money older people are entitled to – £4,000 on average. That’s enough to put food back on the table.

Our Helpline is a free and confidential phone service for older people and their friends, families and carers. If you know of an older person in need of help, call us on 0800 319 6789 Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm for information, to arrange impartial advice from a specialist adviser or to order our free guides.
