A gift in your will
Legacy gifts make up more than half of our voluntary income.
Without this kindness and foresight we would not be able to
continue our vital, lifelong support of older people need. Leaving
a gift in your will, whether large or small, will make a real
difference to the quality of life of future generations.

In memory/tribute funds
Making a gift in memory of a loved one is a kind and thoughtful
way to remember someone close to you. You may wish to make a
straightforward donation to Independent Age or you may choose to
make a donation instead of floral tributes for the funeral.
You may also like to set up a personalised page 'in memory' on Justgiving.com.
It is easy to do, and the link can easily be emailed to friends and
family, or added to your Facebook page.
Donations in lieu of presents
Donations in lieu of birthday or anniversary presents allow you
to mark a memorable occasion whilst helping people less fortunate
than yourself. We greatly appreciate the generosity of those who
choose to give in this way. It not only helps increase our funds
but also raises awareness of our work.

for friends and family to use to make donations in this way. You
can promote this on your Facebook page too.
Gift Aid
If you're a UK tax payer you can Gift
Aid your donations, making them worth 25 per cent more to us, at no
extra cost to you!
We can claim back the tax you have paid on your donation (25p for
every £1 you donate) through Gift Aid.
